There is plenty happening at Yallarah, with new stages progressing, community facilities taking shape and exciting milestones being reached.

Display Village Grand Opening
Yallarah’s new Display Village is taking shape, with 11 display homes from leading builders.
The official Grand Opening will be held on Saturday 14th November, with entertainment, food, prizes and plenty more for the whole family.
Stage 6 now selling
Stage 6 is now selling, with blocks ranging from approximately 500m² to almost 700m² and land starting from $219,000.
Construction is expected to commence in November, so buying early means more choice when it comes to block size, orientation, position and price.
Stage 3 now titled
A major milestone has been reached in Stage 3, with titles now issued. Stage 3 owners can begin preparing to build their new homes and bring the next part of the Yallarah community to life.
Stage 4 construction underway
Construction is well underway in Stage 4, with underground services, roads, kerbs and footpaths progressing across the stage.
Stage 5 coming soon
Planning for Stage 5 continues, with the construction team currently being appointed. More information on construction commencement and forecast titles will be shared once confirmed.
Early Learning Centre
Construction is now underway on Yallarah’s new 100-place Early Learning Centre, which is expected to open mid-next year.
The centre will provide additional early learning capacity for Yallarah and the broader Echuca community.
New open space coming soon
Work will soon begin on a new open space next to the Yallarah Sales Office, featuring new trees and greenery, shaded seating and walking paths.
It will provide another place for residents and the wider community to play, relax and connect.
